westend drums
Q65 were one of the great dutch beat groups in the 60's (there were 1000's) and these drums were made by my wifes fathers girfriends dad. Does that make sense? Anyway they are very rare now and if you ever find one just let me know....

Super Mutoid
The new album from future rockers 'Super Mutoid' arrived on my doorstep this morning.'More than my head' is a collection of songs recorded after the band took circuit bending technology away from electronic toys and old keyboards and applied it to thier own bodies. Band front man and electronics genius Jay Normous had a small blue tooth microphone inserted in one of his back teeth and a small patch bay grafted into his back.. While drummer Hugh Mungus had a chip placed in the frontal lobe of his brain conected to a series of tiny trigger pads in the tips of his fingers.
It's thier first album on Rough Deal Records. Rough Deal Boss Mutton Geoff has high hopes "If the album does'nt recoup in the first three months i'll eat my trendy london hat.........or drop the band one of those two!"
